How do I exchange a purchased item?

The form for exchanges or return can be downloaded from the page on everything about ordering / customer service / merchandise exchange. Please, fill out this form and append the original invoice. Make sure your jewellery is safely and securely packaged. The best way is to pack it into the wrapping in which it was delivered. It is your responsibility that the jewellery item/s will reach us with no sign of damage.

When exchanging jewellery, please, bear in mind that you can exchange the purchased item only for an item of equal and/or higher value. Please, check the internet webpage if the required size of the item to be exchanged is in stock. If you want to exchange a purchased item for a more expensive item, you can pay the difference as Cash on Delivery, or you can pay with your credit/debit card to the courier or at the post office.
